Independent repair company

WRFW is an independent repair company. All brand names and logos are the property of their respective owners. We are not affiliated with, authorised by, or endorsed by any manufacturer. Brand names are used only to describe the machines we repair.

General information only

The fault guides, error code explanations and repair descriptions on this site are general information. They are not advice about your particular machine, and they do not replace an inspection by a technician.

Safety

Washers and dryers use mains electricity, water and, for gas dryers, gas. Unplug the machine and turn off the water before any check. If you smell gas, leave the building and call your gas company. Do not try a repair you are not sure about.

Manufacturer warranties

If your machine is still under the manufacturer’s warranty, check your warranty terms before booking any independent repair.
