Who We Are
WRFW (Washer Repair Fort Worth) is an independent washer and dryer repair company based at 5753 Lionfish Way in Fort Worth, Texas. We fix washing machines and dryers and nothing else. We are not a manufacturer’s service centre, and we do not sell appliances.
A local team
The technicians who come to your door work in Fort Worth every day. They know the homes, the laundry closets and the machines this city runs.
Independent
WRFW is not affiliated with, authorised by or endorsed by any manufacturer. The advice you get is about fixing the machine you already own.
What We Do
WRFW diagnoses and repairs washing machines and dryers at your home or business in Fort Worth. The technician finds the fault on the machine, tells you what has failed, and starts the repair only after you agree.
Machines we repair
Four machine types, every brand.
- Front load washers
- Top load washers
- Stackable washer and dryer units
- Commercial washers in laundromats and apartment laundry rooms
Faults we fix
Washers that will not drain, spin, start or fill, washers that leak, shake, smell or stop mid cycle, and washers that show an error code.
Our Story
WRFW started with one idea: a broken washer in Fort Worth should be diagnosed on the machine, by a technician who repairs washers and dryers all day. We work from our base at 5753 Lionfish Way in north Fort Worth and drive to every job.
Why repair only
We chose to repair and not to sell machines. A repair company that does not sell appliances has no reason to talk you into a new one.
Why one category
We chose washers and dryers only, so the van carries washer and dryer parts and the technician knows these machines well.

What Our Customers Say
Read more on our customer reviews page.
Called at ten, he was here by one. Found the sock in the pump in about five minutes and charged exactly what he quoted.
Danielle R. · Arlington
Clear about what was wrong before he touched anything. No upsell, no pressure. Would call again.
Rebecca J. · Southlake
Our stacked LG in the hall closet would not spin. He worked in the closet without pulling the whole unit out. Running fine since.
