Meet the Team at WRFW
Meet the team: the people who answer your call and the technicians who come to your door.
When you call WRFW you speak to someone in Fort Worth who knows the technicians by name. These are the people behind every washer and dryer repair we do.
The people behind every repair
A small Fort Worth team. The technician you meet is the one who finds the fault.
Carlos M.
Field technician
Front load and stackable washers across Fort Worth and Arlington. Happiest with a drum bearing job and a clear floor.
Jake P.
Field technician
Top load washers, dryers and commercial machines. The one to ask about a Speed Queen.
Andrea L.
Scheduling and calls
Answers the phone, books the visit and makes sure the technician knows the brand and fault before arriving.
What to expect when a technician arrives
The technician finds the fault on your machine, tells you what has failed, and waits for your go ahead before starting the repair. If the machine is not worth fixing, they say so on the spot. They work in the space the machine is in, including laundry closets and stacked units.
