What happens next

We review every complete notice. If the notice is valid, we remove or disable the material and tell the person who provided it, where we can.

Counter notice

If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you can send a counter notice to the same address. It must identify the material, include your contact details and signature, and state under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed by mistake.
